Get ready for takeoff, Turkey! 

Trust le Soir is waiting for you in Stockholm on August 31st. Pack your bags and passport, board your flight, and get ready for an unforgettable adventure. We'll have taxis and buses waiting to whisk you away to the conference venue as soon as you touch down.

General Logistics

Wednesday

  • On departure day, all you need to do is make it to the right airport on time and board the right flight. We recommend being at the airport 2 h before boarding. Please double-check your flight ticket so you have the right information and bring a valid passport and VISA.
  • We will pick you up at the airport and drive you to Hotel Birger Jarl, your place of stay for the night before the conference commences.


Thursday

  • We will pick you up by bus from the Trustly office and drive you to Cirkus at 14.30. From 15:00 to 15:30 we will serve you some Swedish "fika" at the conference venue Cirkus, and at 15:30, the conference kicks off with insightful sessions.
  • The day ends after group dinners in central Stockholm. We recommend taking the tram, bus or a nice evening walk back to the hotel. After the dinner, you can check-in at the hotel.

Friday

  • Breakfast is served from 07-08.30 at Hotel Hasselbacken and Hotel Backstage, the conference starts at 09:00.
  • Friday will be a busy but fun day, please make sure to bring comfortable shoes and a jacket in case of rain.

    We will keep you informed with regular updates via email and the website, so don't forget to check your inbox and keep an eye out for important announcements.

    Flight information

    Izmir office 

    You have now received your flight tickets if you decided to have your travels organized by us during Wednesday and Saturday. It's important that you doublecheck the information on your ticket and which flight your booked on.


    Wednesday 30 August 

    Izmir (ADB) 10:10 -  Istanbul (IST) 11.10 
    Istanbul (IST) 12.50 - Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) 15.30

    Transfer from Arlanda to Hotel Birger Jarl (one night) will be arranged for you

    Saturday 2 September 

    Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) 16:30 - Istanbul (IST) 21.00
    Istanbul (IST) 23.45 - Izmir (ADB) 00.55

    Transfer to Arlanda will be arranged for you. 


    Don't forget a valid passport.

    Please note that all travel outside our pre-booked flights will be at your cost centre and needs to be coordinated by yourself. 

    Hotel info

    You will be staying at the Hasselbacken Hotel. Hasselbacken is within walking distance from the conference venue Cirkus.

    (If you have required a single room you might be staying at the Backstage Hotel.)

    Check-in is available after Thursday dinner.

    Please drop off your bags at the Hotel Hasselbacken before the conference starts.
